These terms apply to the Android version of ClubSpin Party (ClubSpin), operated by wangchen as an individual. “We” and “us” refer to this individual operator.
By using ClubSpin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ClubSpin is an adults-only entertainment app. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and that using this kind of app is lawful where you live.
Club Coins are a virtual, in-app entertainment credit. They have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, redeemed for money or goods, transferred to another player, sold, or exchanged for anything outside the app. Buying Club Coins is buying a licence to use a feature of the app — it is not a deposit, an investment, or a wager for money.
Nothing in ClubSpin is real-money gambling. You cannot win money, and you cannot lose money beyond what you chose to spend on coin packs. Android coin packs are sold through Google Play; refunds follow Google Play policies and applicable law.
A host opens a social room where players can play and join voice chat. Each player has an independent game session and uses their own Club Coins. Game progress, bets, and results are not shared with the host or other players. Joining a voice seat does not place a bet. Game outcomes are generated by the game service for each player’s own session.
Do not use ClubSpin to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; to post sexual, hateful, or illegal content in room names or voice chat; to advertise, solicit, or link to other services; to impersonate anyone; or to exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with the service.
You can report a room or a player from inside the app, and you can block any player. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules.
We may change, suspend, or stop any part of ClubSpin. We aim to give notice where we reasonably can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or from this page. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and any remaining Club Coins are forfeited without refund. We may terminate an account that breaks these terms.
To the extent the law allows, ClubSpin is provided "as is" and wangchen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent People's Court at the operator's place of residence, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
