This policy applies to the Android version of ClubSpin Party (ClubSpin), package com.djwl.clubspin, distributed on Google Play. In this policy, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to wangchen, the individual who operates this Android service and is responsible for its handling of personal data. Botcoin Network Limited is the developer display name used on Google Play.
ClubSpin is an entertainment app for adults aged 18 or over. Club Coins are virtual credits with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money or goods.

Registration does not require your real name, email address or phone number. The app does not request access to your contacts, photo library or precise device location. Avatars are selected from the app's provided collection.
The Android microphone permission is used for speaking in a voice room. You can deny or revoke it in Android settings, mute your microphone or leave the voice seat. Listening and playing a game do not require you to speak. Joining a voice seat does not place a bet.
The app stores a session token in secure device storage to keep you signed in and stores local preferences. Embedded game pages use session information to run your game. Each player has an independent game session; another player's game does not control your bets, balance or results.
The game service receives your player identifier, selected game, language and game-session information and exchanges balance and transaction information with the app backend to run your own game and settle its virtual-coin transactions.
I do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, address fraud or abuse, or protect users' rights and security.
The backend is hosted in Singapore. The service providers described above may process information in other countries where they operate. Applicable safeguards are required where data protection law restricts international transfers.
The app uses HTTPS for its backend connections, password hashing and authenticated access to account functions. Access to service records is restricted to operating, supporting and protecting the service. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Request deletion in the app under Me › Security › Delete account or use the online account deletion form. Both require your account credentials and use the same deletion process.
Deletion is permanent. Your nickname is replaced, your password is disabled, your avatar is cleared, active sessions are revoked, and your friends, blocked list, sign-in activity and party history are removed. Remaining Club Coins are forfeited. An internal account record and the retained records described above remain for transaction integrity and applicable obligations. You can edit your profile, change your password, manage voice permission and delete your account through the app. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Send privacy requests to [email protected]. I may need to verify that the account belongs to you and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
ClubSpin is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information or created an account, contact [email protected] so the account and information can be investigated and handled appropriately.
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be notified as required by applicable law. This policy covers the Android service; the iOS service has its own privacy policy.
