Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ClubSpin collects, why, and what you can do about it. ClubSpin is an 18+ social casino app. It uses virtual coins for entertainment only.

1. What we collect

Data	Why
Nickname, password (hashed), avatar colour	To create and secure your account. We never store your password in readable form.
Virtual coin balance, purchases, game rounds	To run the game, keep your balance correct, and meet our financial record-keeping duties.
IP address, device type, sign-in times	Security. You can see this yourself under Security › Recent activity, so you can spot sign-ins that were not you.
Room names you write, reports you file	To show your table to others and to act on abuse reports.
Voice audio at a table	To carry live voice chat between players in the same room. We do not record or store it.

We do not collect: your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. ClubSpin does not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Who else processes your data

• ZEGOCLOUD — carries live voice between players in a room.
• Game service operators identified in the relevant in-app game experience — run the slot games themselves. When you host a table, we pass a session identifier so the game can attribute the round to your account.
• Apple and Google — process payments when you buy coin packs. We receive a confirmation that a purchase succeeded; we never see your card details.
• Tencent Cloud — hosts our servers in Singapore.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

3. How long we keep it

Sign-in activity, party history	90 days, then deleted automatically.
Account profile and social connections	Until you delete your account.
Transaction and coin ledger records	For the shortest period required by applicable tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and legal obligations. These are kept in a form that is no longer linked to your name.

4. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app under Me › Security › Delete account, or from this page.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your nickname is released, your profile is anonymised, and your social connections, sign-in history and party history are erased. Any remaining virtual coin balance is forfeited — virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded or paid out. Financial records are kept in anonymised form for the period stated above, because we are legally required to retain them.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Deletion is built into the app. For anything else, write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a shorter period. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Children

ClubSpin is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
